At Vstyles, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return window

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With original tags attached, if applicable
  • In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to start a return

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging, when applicable

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
